This is a quick post before we begin our first worship service of the morning.  When we announce the ways you can help with the victims from this week’s violent tornados that struck the area, we are directing you to the Bartow County Comissioners.  That infomration is:

Bartow County will be collecting the following items for the tornado victims that can be delivered to 1657 Cassville Road (Stars Pre-K facility – building behind the gymnasium) from Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Trash Bags
  • Shovels
  • First Aid Kits
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Diapers
  • Baby Wipes
  • Baby Formula & Food
  • Personal Hygiene Items ( razors, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deoderant, feminine hygiene products, etc…) 
  • Insect Repellent
  • Sunscreen
  • Paper Plates & Cups
  • Plastic Silverware
  • Paper Towels
  • Canned Drinks
  • Bottled Water
  • Ready-to-eat canned meats, fruits, vegetables, canned juices, soups
  • Peanut Butter
  • Crackers
  • Granola Bars & Pre-packaged snacks
  • Sweetened cereal
  • Bottled Water 
  • Furniture
  • Dishes
  • Pots & Pans
  • Pillows & Pillow Cases
  • Pet Food

Monetary donations can be made payable to the Bartow County Social Services Department, with a notation that it is to be used for storm relief efforts. Donations should be mailed or delivered to the Bartow County Commissioner’s Office, 135 W. Cherokee Ave., Suite 251, Cartersville, GA 30120.

Supplies can also be dropped off at our church and we will get them delivered.  Speaking of… if anyone would like to help deliver supplies, please call the church office!  Thanks.
